Fit4Baby is a prenatal fitness program for all stages of pregnancy that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long Fit4Baby class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

This Nutrition Coaching program is an add on to the Body Back classes offered at Blessed Sacrament. Body Back Nutrition is to be purchased in conjunction with a Body Back Membership.
When signing up for the nutrition program you are committing to 8 weeks of Nutrition coaching. If you sign up to take the Body Back classes and commit to 2 classes a week.
There are no refunds for the Body Back nutrition coaching.
